Booking your stand at MMMM 2011 couldn't be easier.

Simply contact your MMMM representative (details below) and they will help you through the booking process. They will help to provide you with details about:

• rates
• payment terms
• available space
• stand options ('space only' or 'equipped stand space' - see below)
• sponsorship and advertising opportunities
• additional technical services for your stand

They will also be able to advise you about who to contact regarding:

• freight forwarding your stand materials
• visa, travel and accommodation requirements

Stand Packages

Space Only

Just take the floor space, ideal for your own custom build construction. (Please note your design must be approved by the organisers)

Shell Scheme

We construct and supply a basic booth design which can be modified to your specification at additional cost. A standard shell scheme stand includes the following:

• Shell scheme panels 1 m wide x 2.5 m high
• Carpet
• Fascia with company name
• One information counter
• One table per 9 sqm
• Two chairs per 9 sqm
• One waste paper basket
• One spotlight per 3 sqm  (up to 6 spotlights in total)
• One electrical sockets (1kw) per 9 sqm
• Basic stand cleaning (once per day on show open days)
